2026 WAFCON qualifiers: Super Falcons face Benin Republic in final hurdle

Nigeria’s women’s football team, the Super Falcons, will battle their Benin Republic counterparts in the final round of the 2026 Women’s Africa Cup of Nations (WAFCON) qualifiers.
The Beninese team secured their place in the final qualifying round by edging out Sierra Leone with a 5-2 aggregate victory.
They will now face the Super Falcons in a two-legged showdown for a spot at the 2026 WAFCON.
The winner on aggregate will secure qualification for the tournament.
