2027: Ose women mobilise for Tinubu’s re-election

By Boye Oyeyemi –

Women in the Ose Local Government Area of Ondo State have declared their support for President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s 2027 re-election bid.

This is even as the BTO Ambassadors inaugurated its Women’s Wing across the 12 wards of the council.

The inauguration, held in Ifon, attracted political leaders, community figures, traders, farmers, and artisans, signalling renewed grassroots mobilisation for the president.

Addressing the gathering, the group’s leader, Engr Babatunde Gbalajobi, urged the women to rally behind Tinubu’s administration and uphold the progressive ideals of the party.

“We believe women are not just supporters but strategic partners in governance and nation-building,” he said.

Former House of Representatives member and APC leader in Ose, Hon. Omosule Eniolorunda, described the women as loyal and hard-working, assuring them that their efforts would yield visible benefits in due time.

Also speaking, the BTO Ambassadors Coordinator, Hon. Raheem Saliu, commended the women for their enthusiasm and charged them to discharge their new roles with sincerity and discipline.

In her acceptance speech, Mrs Awodeyi expressed appreciation for the confidence reposed in her and pledged to mobilise women across all wards to advance the group’s mission and promote President Tinubu’s achievements.
