Osinbajo missing as APC releases Tinubu’s presidential campaign list

Vice President Yemi Osinbajo’s name was missing as the All Progressives Congress released its presidential campaign council list for the 2023 presidential election.

The party released the list for the campaign of its presidential flagbearer Asiwaju Bola Tinubu and his running mate Kashim Shettima starting September 28, 2022.

The 422-man list contained named of APC governors, ministers, lawmakers, ambassadors as well as serving and past public office holders.

The campaign has President Muhammadu Buhari as chairman, while Tinubu and APC National Chairman Abdullahi Adamu as deputy chairmen and Shettima as vice chairman.

Plateau State Governor, Simon Lalong, was named the Director-General and Adams Oshiomhole Deputy Director-General (Operations).

A surprise addition to the list was Minister of Interior Rauf Aregbesola who has been at loggerheads with Tinubu and Osun State Governor Gboyega Oyetola.
