2Baba donates music studio to OAU

Award-winning Nigerian musician, Innocent Idibia, popularly known as 2Baba has donated a music studio to the Obafemi Awolowo, University, Ile-Ife.
The music studio was commissioned on Tuesday by OAU Vice Chancellor, Prof. Eyitope Ogunmodede.
Ogunbodede said with gesture by 2Baba, OAU now has the best recording studio in any university in Nigeria.
Posting on his Instagram page, 2Baba said the feat was giving back to OAU who had earlier inducted him as a Fellow of the School of Music.
He also disclosed that he would build another music studio in his home state university – Benue State University, Makurdi.
“Sometime ago I was honoured by the Great OAU as I was inducted into the School of Music as a Fellow of The School of Music.
“Today I just commissioned the multimillion naira studio I built for the music department in OAU Ile-Ife.
“Up next is Benue State University,” the musician wrote.
