35 players listed for camping in Ikenne ahead of CHAN 2024

Nigeria’s preparation for the 2024 African Nations Championship (CHAN) has begun with the invitation of 35 players for camping ahead of the tournament.
The national team handlers released a list of 35 players expected to converge on the Remo Stars Stadium in Ikenne for camping.
The list comprises five goalkeepers, ten defenders, nine midfielders, and eleven strikers.
The tournament, meant mainly for players competing in domestic leagues across the continent, will take place from August 2 to 30.
The competition will be staged across three countries—Kenya, Tanzania, and Uganda.
Nigeria is drawn in Group D alongside defending champions Senegal, Sudan, and Congo, with the group’s matches to be held in Tanzania.
