Sterling Financial Holdings Company lists N10.29bn worth of shares on NGX

Sterling Financial Holdings Company Plc after a successful private placement has listed  an estimated N10.29 billion worth of shares on the Nigerian Exchange Limited (NGX).  

According to an announcement on NGX, the private placement of 2,573,080,294 ordinary shares of 50 kobo each at N4.00 per Share of the holdings financial institution was admitted.

Trading Licence Holders are hereby notified that an additional 2,573,080,294 ordinary shares of 50 kobo each of Holdings Company were on Monday, August 31, 2026, listed on the Daily Official List of NGX.

The additional shares listed on NGX arose from the Company’s Private Placement of 2,573,080,294 ordinary shares of 50 kobo each at N4.00 per share. 

With the listing of the additional shares, the total issued and fully paid-up share capital of financial institution  have now increased from 65,929,251,414 to 68,502,331,708 ordinary shares of 50 kobo each.
