Actor Ninalowo reacts after impersonator scams woman of N33m

Famous Nigerian actor, Bolanle Ninalowo, has reacted after an impersonator scammed a woman, Victoria Ayano, of N33 million.
In a petition to the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC), Ayano accused one Bolanle Azeez of pretending to be Ninalowo and fraudulently obtaining the money from her.
Sharing the petition on Instagram, the actor expressed shock, asking, “Which kind juju be this naa?”
Reacting to the huge sum, Ninalowo disclosed that he has never been paid such an amount for a movie. “This one loud ooo. N33,000,000 for wetin? Even Nollywood wey blow me never pay me N33 million per film,” he said.
This incident comes two years after another man was sentenced to prison in 2023 for impersonating the actor.
Ninalowo has consistently battled cases of impersonation and has repeatedly called out impostors who use his name to defraud unsuspecting victims.
In March 2025, he lamented the proliferation of fake accounts created in his name on TikTok and other platforms, warning his fans to remain vigilant.
