Akpabio, Eno celebrate 36th year anniversary of Akwa-Ibom

Senate President, Godswill Akpabio, joined Akwa Ibom State Governor Umo Eno and other dignitaries to celebrate the state’s 36th anniversary with a thanksgiving serving.

Writing on social media, Eno said, “Unity is the cornerstone of our strength, transcending the boundaries of ethnicity and political affiliations.

“Today, my dear wife and I had the honour of being joined by prominent leaders and distinguished personalities, including the Senate President, Senator Godswill Akpabio, former Military Administrators, former Deputy Governors etc, to worship in a Special Inter-Denominational Thanksgiving Service to commemorate the 36th Anniversary of the Creation of Akwa Ibom State at the Apostolic Church, Uyo Field Headquarters, Uyo.

“It was a joyous occasion filled with heartfelt thanksgiving to God for the remarkable growth and progress Akwa Ibom has witnessed in the last 36 years. Together, we look forward to a future of continued unity, development, and prosperity for our beloved state.”
