AMVCA 2025: See all top movie nominations

The organisers of the Africa Magic Viewers’ Choice Awards (AMVCA) have announced the nominees for the 11th edition of the annual awards.

The nominations, covering film, television, and digital content, recognise works released between January 1 and December 31, 2024.

Among the top films that received multiple nominations are Lisabi: The Uprising, Skeleton Coast, Seven Doors, House of Ga’a, and Freedom Way.

The film awards ceremony is scheduled to take place in Lagos on May 10, 2025.
