Annie Idibia hails daughter Isabel’s performance in acting debut

Veteran Nollywood actress, Annie Idibia, has praised her daughter, Isabel, for exploring the acting profession as she makes her debut.

The actress took to her Instagram page on Sunday to express pride in her daughter, whom she shares with legendary Afrobeats star, Innocent Idibia, popularly known as Tuface. Annie shared behind-the-scenes pictures from the movie set to showcase her daughter’s talent.

She also expressed gratitude to IK Ogbonna for giving Isabel the opportunity to showcase her talent and pave the way for her career in the Nollywood industry by casting her in his movie, “The Seed of the Ghetto”.

Expressing pride and satisfaction in her daughter’s performance, she wrote:

“My heart is so full watching my 17-year-old daughter shine in this movie role… you brought every scene to life beautifully and I couldn’t be prouder.

“…keep shining, my sunshine. I’ve watched you dream, work, doubt yourself, push yourself, and now I get to watch the world see what I’ve always seen in you.”
