APC zones national chairman to north central, secretary to south west
The Caretaker/Extraordinary Convention Planning Committee (CECPC) has approved zoning for various offices in its National Working Committee ahead of the party’s convention scheduled for March 28.
The party in a statement by the Director of Publicity Salisu Na’inna Ɗambatta, said it approved the recommendations of the Committee on zoning by the committee chaired by Kwara State Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazak.
The party zoned the party’s chairmanship position to the North Central and the national secretary position to the South West zone.
The South South is expected to produce the national publicity secretary position, while the South East will produce the national treasurer position.
The national auditor position was zoned to the North East, while the North West got the national legal adviser position.
