BREAKING: Appeal Court rules against fresh PDP guber primary in Ogun

The Court of Appeal sitting in Ibadan, has ruled against an earlier judgement by the Federal High Court, Abeokuta, ordering the conduct of a fresh governorship primary for the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Ogun State.

Justice Folasade Ojo who delivered the judgement on Monday, declared that the lower court was wrong in its judgment as only the National Working Committee of the PDP was vested with the power to conduct primary.
