BBNaija Season 11: Sultex, Goddessa evicted from reality show
By Damilola Akinwale –
Big Brother Naija Season 11 housemates, Sultex and Goddessa, have been evicted from the reality TV show, ending their quest for the N160 million grand prize.
Their evictions were announced by the show host, Ebuka Obi-Uchendu, during the live eviction show on Sunday.
Sultex and Goddessa were among the housemates nominated for possible eviction in the fifth week of the competition, alongside Araga, Barry, Bells, Bluethopia, Gerard, Keivo, Nomy, Oyin, Ricky, Temi Nkem, Tram and Yusuf.
Their departures leave 17 housemates still competing for the grand prize as the reality show enters another stage.
Their exits followed a dramatic week marked by a new nomination format, heated confrontations, relationship tensions and disciplinary actions from Big Brother. Week Five, tagged “Topsy-Turvy Week”, featured a major twist in which housemates were asked to publicly name contestants they wanted to save rather than directly nominate others for eviction.
Sultex, whose real name is Sultan Aregbe-Obanikoro, is a Lagos-based dancer, choreographer, casting director and filmmaker known for his energetic personality and dancing skills. Before his eviction, he was named the Most Influential Player of Week Three, earning immunity from Week Four’s eviction and a tablet as part of the reward.
His final days in the house, however, were dominated by a confrontation with Bells and Yusuf. The exchange, which began during a conversation between Bells and Sultex, escalated into a heated argument in the garden and nearly became physical. Big Brother subsequently placed Sultex on behavioural probation with a final warning over what he described as extremely dangerous threatening remarks.
Goddessa, whose real name is Lovette Okechukwu Amaka, is a musician from Arochukwu, Abia State. During her stay, she became involved in several relationships and disagreements, particularly with Araga. The duo had another disagreement after the Saturday Night Link-Up before Temi Nkem intervened to mediate and end the dispute.
Meanwhile, Sheba was named the Most Influential Player of the Week, earning immunity from the next eviction. Chisom Chuka, who has enjoyed immunity since his emergence as Head of House in Week Two and Week Five, was barred from participating in the forthcoming HOH games on Monday.
