BREAKING: Appeal Court affirms Sani’s election as Kaduna governor
The Court of Appeal sitting in Abuja has affirmed the election of Uba Sani of the All Progressives Congress (APC) as the winner of the March 18 governorship election and Governor of Kaduna State.
The appellate court in its unanimous decision on Friday, dismissed the appeal of the Candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) Muhammed Ashiru challenging the earlier decision by the Governorship Election Petition Tribunal.
