BREAKING: Court clears Jonathan to contest 2023 presidency
A Federal High Court sitting in Yenagoa, Bayelsa State has ruled that former President Goodluck Jonathan is eligible to contest the 2023 presidential election.
The judgement was delivered by Justice Isa Hamma Dashen on Friday.
According to him, no retroactive law can stop Jonathan from his right to contest for the office of the president.
