BREAKING: DSS storms SERAP office in Abuja

Operatives of the Department of State Services (DSS) have stormed the Abuja office of the Socio-Economic Rights and Accountability Project (SERAP).
This is coming after the President of the Nigerian Labour Congress (NLC) Joe Ajaero was arrested at the Nnamdi Azikwe International Airport in Abuja on Monday morning on his way to United Kingdom to attend official assignment.
SERAP in a tweet on his X handle, said the DSS operatives occupied its Abuja office, asking for their directors.

“Officers from Nigeria’s State Security Service (SSS) are presently unlawfully occupying SERAP’s office in Abuja, asking to see our directors.
“President Tinubu must immediately direct the SSS to end the harassment, intimidation and attack on the rights of Nigerians”, said SERAP.
