BREAKING: FG to hold NEC retreat in Abuja in January 2024
The National Economic Council says it will be holding a retreat between the federal government and governors of the 36 states to foster synergy.
This was said by the deputy governor of Lagos State, Obafrmi Hamzat to state house reporters on Thursday at the Presidential villa in Abuja, following the conclusion of the NEC meeting.
He stated that the retreat conference would take place in January 2024 in the Federal Capital Territory FCT, Abuja.
The NEC met for the 137th time, with Vice President Kashim Shettima serving as its chair.
