BREAKING: Fire guts electricity pole at Maryland
There was fire outbreak in the early hours of Wednesday at Maryland in Lagos State.
An eyewitness said that the fire outbreak was caused by bridge of electric cables close to the Independence tunnel.
Although, no casualty was recorded as at the time of filing this report, one of the cables fell across the tunnel and caught fire, impeding free flow of traffic.
