Breaking: President Tinubu axes six ministers

President Bola Tinubu has dismissed six ministers as part of a long-anticipated cabinet reshuffle.
The announcement was made by Bayo Onanuga, Special Adviser on Information and Strategy, on Wednesday following the Federal Executive Council meeting presided over by President Bola Tinubu.
Among the ministers affected are Uju Kennedy-Ohanenye, Minister of Women Affairs; Lola Ade-John, Minister of Tourism; and Jamila Bio Ibrahim, Minister of Youth Development.
Additionally, Tahir Mamman was relieved of his role as Minister of Education, while Abdullahi Muhammad Gwarzo was dismissed from his position as Minister of State for Housing and Urban Development.
The suspended Minister of Humanitarian Affairs was replaced by Nentawe Yilwatda while the former Minister of State for Education, Yusuf Sannu, was reassigned as the minister of state humanitarian affairs.
