BREAKING: Rivers Sole Administrator arrives Government House in Port Harcourt
Newly appointed Rivers Sole Administrator, Vice Admiral Ibok-Ete Ibas (Rtd) has arrived at the Government House in Port Harcourt.
He is currently in a closed door meeting with Senior Security Officers, Federal government delegation and State Government officials.
