BREAKING: Supreme Court dismisses Atiku’s appeal challenging Tinubu’s victory
The Supreme Court has dismissed the appeal of the Presidential Candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party Atiku Abubakar, challenging the election of President Bola Tinubu.
In an unanimous decision, the seven-man panel ruled that the case lacked merit and therefore dismissed it.
The lead judgment was read by Justice John Okoro and was agreed upon by all the other six judges.
