BREAKING: Supreme Court to deliver judgement on Atiku’s, Obi’s petition on Thursday

The Supreme Court has picked Thursday for judgement in the appeals by the Peoples Democratic Party PDP and its presidential candidate Atiku Abubakar and the Labour Party and its Presidential Candidate Peter Obi challenging the victory of President Bola Tinubu.
This was contained in a notice of judgement signed by the court registrar, Zainab Garba on Wednesday.
WesternPost had reported that the seven-man panel led by Justice John Okoro had reserved judgement in both petitions after hearing from all the counsels.
Both Atiku and Obi are asking the apex court to upturn the ruling of the Presidential Election Petition Tribunal which affirmed Tinubu’s victory at the February 25 presidential election over alleged irregularities at the polls and the illegibility of Tinubu and Vice President Kashim Shettima.
Atiku is also asking the Supreme Court to accept as evidence the educational credentials of Tinubu obtained from the Chicago State University.
