Buhari to make farewell broadcast on Sunday

President Muhammadu Buhari will deliver a farewell broadcast to the nation by 7am on Sunday, marking the conclusion of his tenure as the President and Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Nigeria.

The announcement was made in a press statement by the Special Adviser to the President on Media and Publicity, Femi Adesina.

He urged media outlets to tune in to the network services of the Nigerian Television Authority and Radio Nigeria for the broadcast.

Adesina said: “President Buhari will make a farewell broadcast as President, Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces on Sunday, May 28, at 7 am.”
