Bukola Saraki seeks support for Kwara PDP candidates

Former Senator President, Bukola Saraki has called on the people of Kwara State to vote for candidates of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in the coming 2023 general elections.

Saraki who is also a former governor of the state spoke in Ilorin on Wednesday at an event hosted by a chieftain of the party in the state, Hon. Zakari Mohammed.

Saraki in his address recalled the achievements of past PDP administrations in Kwara and noted that his party improved the lives of the people.

The partisan event tagged “Kwara yesterday, today and Kwara of our dream” had many leaders of the party and candidates contesting elections into various national and state offices in attendance.

Saraki took to his social media accounts to share his thoughts at the event and wrote:

“Yesterday, I participated in the ‘Kwara Yesterday, Today and Kwara of Our Dream’ talk show, which was hosted by Hon. Zakari Mohammed.

“During the show, I called on all Kwarans to support PDP candidates in the upcoming elections, while also enumerating the numerous achievements of previous PDP administrations and how they improved the lives of everyday Kwarans.”
