Burial activities for late Oyo APC Chairman, Omodewu commence Thursday
The All Progressives Congress (APC), has announced programmes of activities for the burial of the late State Chairman of the party, Barr. Isaac Ajiboye Omodewu.
Omodewu passed away on August 19th in the United States of America. He was 61.
According to the party, the burial programmes will include, a “Lying in State on Thursday 12th September, at the Oke-Ado State Secretariat of the Oyo State APC
The lying in state will be followed by a Christian Wake and Night of Tributes on Thursday 12th September by 3 pm, at Victoria Garden Event Centre, Opposite The Polytechnic Ibadan.
Funeral Service follows on Friday, 13th September, by 10 am, at First Baptist Church, Otu in Itesiwaju Local Government Area.
Omodewu served as Commissioner for Local Government and Chieftaincy Matters, and later as Commissioner for Lands and Housing during the administration of late former Governor Abiola Ajimobi.
