Cash, gifts rain fall on Twitter user Debbie Adebisi

A few days after Deborah Adebisi replied to a tweet that stated that she wakes up at 4:50 am to cook for her husband, she has been thanking her stars.

Aside from the obvious that her tweet went viral on X, she has been receiving cash and gifts from all and sundry.

While some Twitter users criticised her for the tweet, others praised her after she explained that she started cooking for her spouse after a colleague brought food for him at his workplace.

Debbie’s viral tweet’s positive responses, earned her some gifts from charitable netizens, while others clamoured for big brands to “do what they can” for the lady.

After Adebisi expressed gratitude to netizens for the almost ₦2 million, she received, a group, volunteered to support her family with ₦1 million. 

Kuda bank also supported her with N2 million while NNPC Limited announced support for fuel vouchers for her. 

In the same vein, singer Teni Makanaki supported her with an undisclosed sum of money.
