BREAKING: Ondo assembly declares Aiyedatiwa acting governor
The Ondo State House of Assembly has declared the Deputy Governor, Lucky Aiyedatiwa, as acting governor of the state. The assembly made the proclamation during its plenary on Wednesday. The new development came after Akeredolu wrote to the house of assembly notifying it of his intention to proceed on medical leave. The leave is expected to commence on Wednesday.
