CHAN Eagles fear no team – Nduka Junior

As the Super Eagles B await the unveiling of their opponents for the 8th African Nations Championship (CHAN), team skipper Nduka Junior has stated that they are unafraid of any opposition.
The draw for the tournament is scheduled for Wednesday, January 15, in Nairobi, Kenya, but Junior expressed confidence that the Eagles will be prepared for any team.
When asked if there were any countries he would prefer to avoid, the CHAN Eagles skipper maintained there were none.
“We are not scared of any team. It is a tournament; even if you avoid a team in the preliminary stage, you might end up meeting them in the knockout stage.
“With due respect to all the teams, we are not scared to face any of them,” added the Remo Stars’ captain.
Junior also dismissed the notion of his team being labeled favorites, emphasizing that none of the teams participating in CHAN should be underestimated.
He commended the Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) for prioritizing the team’s preparation and praised the technical crew for assembling the team within a short time.
