CHAN Eagles wrap up second training phase ahead of Ghana qualifier

Nigeria’s CHAN Eagles have completed their second week of intensive training as they gear up for the African Nations Championship (CHAN) qualifying matches against Ghana.

The squad of 35 players has been released to rejoin their Nigeria Professional Football League (NPFL) clubs for this weekend’s league matches.

The team is set to regroup next week to resume preparations for the critical double-header qualifier against Ghana, scheduled for December.

Coach Daniel Ogunmodede expressed satisfaction with the team’s progress, highlighting the importance of the NPFL matches in keeping players fit and match-ready.

“The players will benefit from game time with their clubs, and we’ll regroup stronger next week,” Ogunmodede said.
