Chelle to attend Remo Stars vs. Kwara United NPFL clash

Super Eagles Head Coach, Eric Sekou Chelle, will be present for the Matchday 25 NPFL fixture between Remo Stars and Kwara United at the Remo Stars Stadium in Ikenne this Thursday evening. The match is scheduled to kick off at 5:30 p.m.

Chelle, who was in Lagos on Wednesday, attended the NPFL Matchday 25 game between Ikorodu City and Plateau United at the Mobolaji Johnson Arena.

Remo Stars, currently at the top of the table with 48 points from 24 games, will be looking to extend their lead with a victory over the Harmony Boys. Meanwhile, Kwara United, sitting 9th on the table with 35 points, are determined to secure three points to improve their position.

Chelle recently returned to Nigeria after visiting Super Eagles players in Europe ahead of the team’s crucial FIFA World Cup qualifier matches against Rwanda and Zimbabwe on March 17 and March 24, 2025.

The coach is visiting NPFL venues to scout for players worthy of invitation to the Super Eagles camp.
