Chelsea, Dortmund win big, Man City flop at home in Champions League

UEFA Champions League action took centre stage on Tuesday with both Chelsea and Borussia Dortmund recording massive wins, while Manchester City lost at home.
The Blues delivered a spectacular performance as they hammered Spanish giants Barcelona 3–0 at Stamford Bridge.
In Germany, Dortmund put up an even more commanding show, drubbing another Spanish side, Villarreal, 4–0 to complete a bad night for the Spaniards.
At the Etihad, Pep Guardiola’s nightmare continued as the former English champions suffered a 0–2 loss to German side Bayer Leverkusen.
French side Olympique Marseille handed a 2–1 defeat to English Premier League side Newcastle United, while Napoli triumphed over Qarabag FK 2–0.
Juventus had earlier started the day on a bright note for Serie A teams after securing a 3–2 win over hosts Bodø/Glimt.
Dutch side Ajax Amsterdam’s poor campaign continued unabated, following a 0–2 loss to Portuguese side Benfica in Amsterdam.
