Nollywood actress Chika Ike has remained silent on the paternity of her first child after welcoming a baby girl.

The actress announced the arrival of her daughter on Instagram, sharing photos of the newborn with the caption, “My baby is here. Welcome to the world, my sunshine.”

However, her childbirth has been overshadowed by speculation regarding the identity of the child’s father. Reports had linked the baby’s paternity to Senator Ned Nwoko, who has denied the rumors in their entirety.

Despite the controversy, Chika Ike’s friends and colleagues have taken to social media to congratulate her on the birth of her child.
