The Lagos State Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Pastor Cornelius Ojelabi, has assured Nigerians that President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s intentions for the country remain genuine, urging citizens not to doubt the President’s commitment to building a safer, united and more prosperous nation.

Ojelabi gave the assurance on Sunday at the party’s 3rd Edition of the Christmas Carol and Nine Lessons, held at the APC Secretariat in Ogba-Ikeja, Lagos.

“We acknowledge with gratitude and commend the good intentions of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu to make Nigeria a safer and more prosperous place where everyone can live without fear or intimidation,” Ojelabi said.

“We appreciate his commitment to national unity, economic revitalisation and the welfare of every Nigerian. His intentions truly inspire us to redouble our efforts for Lagos State and the nation at large.”

Reflecting on the significance of the Christmas season, the APC chairman called on Nigerians to embrace love, humility and service.

“As we share in the joy and reflection of this season, I hope we can find common ground in the universal messages of love, humility and service that the Christmas story inspires. Let us love one another more and show greater commitment to our country. Let us eschew all forms of bitterness, hatred and violence, and collectively resolve to make Lagos and Nigeria brighter, safer and more prosperous”, said Ojelabi.
