Court grants custody of children to Harrysong’s estranged wife

A court has granted custody of the children of Afropop star Okiri Tara Harry, popularly known as Harrysong, to his estranged wife, Alexer Peres.
Alexer announced the development on Friday via her Instagram page, writing: “You guys, God did it. FULL CUSTODY on settlement grounds.”
She also expressed appreciation to her supporters and well-wishers, praying for God’s blessings over them.
The couple got married in 2021 and have two children, but their relationship broke down in 2024 when Alexer announced their separation.
The development led to a public dispute between both parties, with a series of allegations about their past.
In 2026, Alexer raised concerns about being estranged from her children, alleging that her ex-husband had taken custody and denied her access to them.
Harrysong, however, maintained that his actions were in the best interest of the children.
The court has now granted custody of the children to Alexer, bringing an end to the dispute over their care.
