Dates for Super Eagles’ World Cup qualifiers released

The Super Eagles of Nigeria will face the Amavubi of Rwanda in a 2026 FIFA World Cup qualifying matchday five encounter on Friday, March 21.
The match will take place at the Amahoro Stadium in Kigali.
The three-time African champions will then host the Warriors of Zimbabwe five days later at the Godswill Akpabio International Stadium in Uyo.
The dates for both games were announced on the Super Eagles’ official X handle on Tuesday.
The Super Eagles are yet to secure a win in the qualifying series, having recorded three draws and one defeat in four games.
The three-time African champions currently sit in fifth place in Group C with three points, four points behind joint leaders Benin Republic, South Africa, and Rwanda.
