Davido accuses Spanish club security of mistreatment at event

Nigerian Afrobeats star Davido has accused a security outfit of mistreating and manhandling him and his team at an event.

The singer and father of four alleged that he and his team were involved in a heated confrontation with security personnel at Hi Ibiza, a popular Spanish nightclub.

Davido took to his Instagram story to share images of some of the security staff he claimed were involved in the incident.

“@Hiibizaofficial security had an issue with me and my team!!!” he wrote. “All of y’all going down!!!”

The singer, who is currently vacationing on the island with close associates including Asa Asika and Cubana Chiefpriest, did not provide full details of what led to the altercation.

Davido and his entourage have been in Ibiza for the past few days, sharing photos and videos of their luxury getaway on social media.

In the same vein, Davido’s cousin, Tunji Adeleke, also confirmed the mistreatment, claiming the security operatives acted like they had been tipped to embarrass, manhandle, and mistreat them at the club.
