Nigerian actress and film producer Dayo Amusa has welcomed her first child in the United States.
Reports indicate that Amusa traveled abroad several months ago in preparation for the delivery of her baby. However, the actress has kept details about the baby’s gender and the father’s identity private.
Dayo Amusa, a celebrated figure in the Nigerian film industry, remains unmarried, at least publicly. She now joins the growing list of Nollywood stars who have had children outside of wedlock.
Amusa’s fans and colleagues have continued to send her congratulatory messages as she embraces motherhood.
