Despite Court order, Sirika, Yadudu, others allegedly move to award illegal contract to allies

The duo Minister of Aviation Sen. Hadi Sirika, and the Managing Director of Federal Airport Authority of Nigeria (FAAN) Captain Rabiu Yadudu, had moved to give effect to the invalid, illegal contracts to their political associates and business partners in flagrant abuse of court order report said.
According to our source, who noted that effort are been galvanized underground by the duo to bypass court orders and relevant due processes in carrying out their will, by awarding the cleaning and Janitorial services to their respective cronies and political allies.
However, an independent investigation by our correspondent indicated that the matter revolving around the alleged violation of the public procurement Act which involved the Minister of Aviation had been reported to , Independent Corrupt Practices And Other Related Offences Commission (ICPC), and lawsuit is slated for definite hearing in the Federal High Court Ikoyi, Lagos on the April 27th day of April, 2002, .
Meanwhile, an expert in the sector who reacted to the issue and other related matters, had commended the effort and sincerity of the President Muhammad Buhari in repositioning the Aviation industry, but raised concern that industry should limit political interference from principal officers.
He cautioned that a situation where the so-called “CV companies, who do not have corresponding equipment to match the cleaning of the airport, nor registered with any environmental regulatory bodies may not allow the government reap her investment in the industry.

He noted in his letter that, “ by awarding Cleaning and Janitorial Services, contracts to Scot William and other seven cleaning and Janitorial services in violation of the Public Procurement Act. “There is no gain saying the fact that Senator Hadi Sirika, allegedly working with others in awarded Cleaning and Janitorial Services, contracts to the following companies, namely: Scot Williams, Ama Technical and Universal Contractors Ltd, Earth Dreams Engineering & Contractors, Atlanta Cleaner Nig. Ltd, Agbofirm Consultants Ltd, Lenora Ventures, Fortune Works Nig. Ltd, Cleaningful Nig. Ltd, Klean Solution Ltd, Seriyat Global Concepts et-cetera, for the Cleaning and Janitorial Services of Federal Airports Authority of Nigeria (FAAN), thereby usurp the office / power of the Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer , Capt. Rabiu Hamisu Yadudu, and by implication, the purported Cleaning and Janitorial Services, contracts did not comply with the Public Procurement Act, 2007
