Don’t kill yourself to satisfy your wives, Pastor Funke Adejumo admonishes men

The co-founder of Agape Christian Ministries Worldwide, Bishop Funke Adejumo, has advised married men against exhausting themselves in a bid to satisfy their wives, saying no one can completely please a woman.
Speaking while addressing a congregation, the cleric urged men to remain responsible but not at the expense of their health and wellbeing.
“To all married men, don’t ever kill yourself trying to please a woman. I’m a woman speaking to you, and there’s nobody that can please a woman to the fullest. I know you’re responsible, and I’m not saying you should not be responsible, but please, don’t kill yourself,” she said.
Adejumo argued that women are naturally inclined to seek changes, citing examples such as artificial nails, wigs and drawn eyebrows to illustrate her point. “If the Almighty God cannot please us, who are you that wants to please us? That’s the truth. Don’t kill yourself,” she added.
She also urged women not to depend solely on their husbands financially, encouraging them to build independent sources of income.
“Don’t let the money you have be only sexually transmitted money. You too should have your own money, so whatever your husband gives you will just be an addition,” she said.
The cleric recalled presenting her husband with 60 gifts on his 60th birthday, saying women should also be able to surprise their spouses with expensive gifts instead of depending entirely on them.
