Duro Onabule, former Chief Press Secretary to Babangida dies at 83

Former Chief Press Secretary to President Ibrahim Babangida, Chief Duro Onabule is dead.
He was 83 years old.
News of the death of the editor of the defunct National Concord was confirmed by Chief Eric Teniola who is close to some members of his family.
The cause of his death is not known as he was said to be hale and hearty few days ago.
The veteran journalist was national editor of National Concord from 1984 to 1985 and later became Chief Press Secretary to President Babangida.
Onabule was presidential spokesman for most of the Babangida administration when government temporary proscribed some newspapers.
