By Boye Oyeyemi –

Otunba Emmanuel Oluwayose, younger brother to former Ekiti State Governor Ayodele Fayose, has officially entered the 2026 governorship race on the platform of the African Democratic Congress (ADC).

Oluwayose purchased his Expression of Interest and Nomination Form to signal his readiness to contest the party’s ticket ahead of the election.

Speaking through his Media Director, Wasiu Adejumo, the governorship hopeful restated his resolve to restore integrity and purposeful leadership in the state, adding that his ambition is anchored on rebuilding the economy, empowering citizens, and restoring dignity to public service.

“We are not here to play politics as usual; we are here to rescue Ekiti from stagnation and set it on a path of pride and progress,” Otunba Oluwayose declared.
