Ex-Oshodi/Isolo LG Chairman, Omotosho Aina dies after prolonged illness
A former Chairman of the Oshodi/Isolo Local Government Area of Lagos State, Chief Samuel Omotosho Aina, has passed away.
Aina died on Monday night after a prolonged illness.
He served as Chairman of Oshodi/Isolo Local Government from 1999 to 2003 under the platform of the defunct Alliance for Democracy (AD).
One of his landmark achievements — the construction of the current edifice housing the Local Government Secretariat — stands as a lasting testament to his vision, foresight, and enduring legacy.
Until his death, Chief Aina was the Apex Leader of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Oshodi/Isolo.
