FAAN calls for enhanced collaboration at stakeholder meeting
The Managing Director and Chief Executive of the Federal Airports Authority of Nigeria (FAAN), Mrs. Olubunmi Kuku, today convened an interactive meeting with key stakeholders, including Heads of Security Agencies and Handling Companies, at the airport.
During her opening remarks, Mrs. Kuku emphasized the importance of collaboration among all agencies operating at the airport to improve service delivery. She highlighted that the purpose of the meeting was to involve stakeholders in the ongoing efforts to create customer-centric airports, upgrade airport infrastructure, eradicate touting, and ensure safety and security across all airport facilities.

Among those in attendance were Capt. Abdullahi Mahmood, Director of Airport Operations; Engr. Muniru Abiola, Director of Engineering Services; Mr. Henry Agbebire, Director of Special Duties; ACP Afegbai Albert Igbafe (Rtd), Director of Aviation Security Services; Mrs. Adejoke Olatunji Oni, General Manager of Airport Operations; Mr. Gambo Aboki, Regional General Manager, North Central and Airport Manager of Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport, Abuja; along with other senior management staff.

This meeting follows a similar session held by Mrs. Kuku with the Airlines Operators of Nigeria on Wednesday at Murtala Muhammed International Airport, Lagos, where similar issues were discussed.
