Hon. James Faleke, the member representing Ikeja Federal Constituency and Chairman of the House Committee on Finance, has met with Dr. Abdul-Azeez Olajide Adediran, popularly known as Jandor, the former Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) governorship candidate in Lagos State.
The meeting was disclosed via a post on Faleke’s official X (formerly Twitter) account. In the post, Faleke stated: “I received in audience Dr. Jide Adediran, popularly known as Jandor, the governorship candidate of the PDP in the last gubernatorial election.”
The meeting comes shortly after Jandor’s defection from the PDP to the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) in March 2025.
During the 2023 gubernatorial election in Lagos, Jandor came a distant third with 62,449 votes, behind Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu, who polled 762,134 votes, and Gbadebo Rhodes-Vivour, who garnered 312,329 votes.
