Ngelale also met with Brazilian Ambassador Joao Soares to discuss climate action and potential green industrial collaborations between Nigeria and Brazil.

The Presidential Envoy highlighted that this upgrade from their current assembly-only plant in Kano State reflects Nigeria’s increasing emphasis on clean cooking solutions as a means of wealth creation and a crucial component of the energy transition.

Recognizing the significance of their roles as the most populous countries in Africa and South America, Nigeria and Brazil are set to enhance industrial cooperation, promoting climate justice and sustainable economic growth.
