Galatasaray rewards Osimhen with gold, diamond necklace worth ₦300 million

Victor Osimhen may have left Nigeria disappointed after the Super Eagles failed to beat Zimbabwe in last Tuesday’s World Cup qualifier in Uyo, but the Nigerian international received a stunning gift upon his return to Turkey.
Apparently proud of his goal-scoring prowess for the Super Eagles in the matches against Rwanda and Zimbabwe, Galatasaray welcomed their striker with a special gift.
On arrival at his club, Osimhen received a 1kg gold and diamond necklace worth ₦300 million.
According to the Turkish club, the gift was in appreciation of his heroics for his country during the international break.
The striker scored three times—twice in the 2-0 win away to Rwanda and once in Nigeria’s 1-1 home draw against Zimbabwe.
