Ganduje obtains court order to stop his suspension
The Federal High Court has granted an order restraining the implementation of the purported suspension of the National Chairman of APC, Dr. Abdullahi Ganduje by Ward Executive of Ganduje Ward.
Justice A. M. Liman of the Kano Decision granted the Order.
Others restrained by the Order include the Nigerian Police Force, the Department of State Security Services and the Nigerian Security and Civil Defence Corps.
The Order directed all the parties to maintain the status quo before the emergency meeting that suspended Ganduje and to stay all actions connected to the matter pending the determination of the substantive suit.
Ganduje in Suit No. FHC/KN/CS/122/2024 had approached the Federal High Court for the enforcement of his fundamental right to fair hearing. The matter is fixed for 30th April for a hearing.
