Gov AbdulRazaq observes Iftar with Kwarans in Saudi Arabia

Kwara State Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq has observed Iftar (breaking of fast) with some Kwarans currently performing the Lesser Hajj in Saudi Arabia.
In a brief statement released to journalists in Ilorin on Tuesday, the governor said he was joined by federal lawmakers, cabinet members, and other dignitaries from the state.
“Tonight in Saudi Arabia, I was joined at an Iftar by some fellow Kwarans who are performing the Lesser Hajj.
“It was attended by state and federal lawmakers, cabinet members, and other dignitaries, including House of Representatives members Hon. Raheem Olawuyi Ajuloopin (Ekiti/Irepodun/Oke-Ero Federal Constituency) and Hon. Mukhtar Tolani Shagaya (Asa/Ilorin West Federal Constituency); Hon. Maryam Yusuf Aladi; Senior Adviser and Counsellor Alhaji Saadu Salau; Commissioner for Works Engr. AbdulQuawiy Olododo; former Minister Jamila Bio; Ambassador Yahya Seriki; and former House of Representatives candidate Abdulsalam Abdulkadir,” the statement read.
“We pray that Allah accepts our Ibaadah and prayers for our state, Kwara, and our country, Nigeria. We also ask Allah to bless us with the Night of Majesty (Laylatul-Qadr),” it added.
