Gov Eno gifts factory, equipment, N2m to Akwa Ibom entrepreneur

Akwa Ibom State Governor, Pastor Umo Eno, has fulfilled his pledge to support local entrepreneurs by providing a fully furnished start-up factory, equipment, and N2 million as working capital to Mrs. Ifeoma Itoro, a local food processor.
The gesture follows a commitment the governor made on March 11, 2025, at the Uyo Township Stadium, where he distributed equipment support to over 2,000 entrepreneurs. During the event, Mrs. Itoro approached the governor, seeking assistance for her food processing business.

Moved by her request, Governor Eno directed the Commissioner for Trade and Investment, Dr. Ubong Inyang, to facilitate the establishment of her business.
On Tuesday, March 25, 2025, the governor delivered on his promise as Mrs. Itoro received a fully equipped factory with the necessary machinery for her business. In addition, the governor provided her with N2 million to support her operations.

Expressing her gratitude, Mrs. Itoro prayed for divine blessings on the governor and his family.
The presentation ceremony was attended by the Commissioner for Trade and Investment, Dr. Ubong Inyang, and the Commissioner for Humanitarian Affairs, Mrs. Emem Ibanga.
