Governor Adeleke congratulates former Osun governor Aregbesola at 68

Osun State Governor, Ademola Adeleke, has congratulated former Governor Rauf Adesoji Aregbesola on the occasion of his 68th birthday.
Adeleke commended Aregbesola’s courage and conviction, describing him as a politician who stands out for his principles and dedication. He acknowledged Aregbesola’s significant contributions to the progress Osun State has achieved over the years.
In a statement issued by his spokesperson, Mallam Olawale Rasheed, Governor Adeleke praised the former Interior Minister’s unwavering commitment to public service and his legacy of impactful leadership at both the state and national levels.
“I celebrate my dear Egbon, Ogbeni Rauf Adesoji Aregbesola, as he marks his 68th birthday today. Ogbeni Aregbesola is a man endowed with an incredible sense of purpose, utilizing his God-given knowledge and energy for initiatives that impact lives and transform societies,” the governor said.
“Regardless of our political differences, I hold Ogbeni Aregbesola in the highest esteem because of his contributions to the development of Osun State. I join family, friends, and well-wishers in celebrating his many achievements, particularly in creating opportunities for young people.”
The governor prayed that “Almighty Allah bless Ogbeni Aregbesola with more celebrations and grant him many more years in good health and sound mind to continue contributing to the growth and development of Osun State.”
